Amie Ceder-Bracey is a very passionate real estate agent. Her passion for real estate started to develop in her early years growing up in New Hampshire while interning with a Top Agent in 1992. By the young age of 20, she was able to purchase her first condo investment, which she later flipped for more than double within two years. Amie soon realized that her true calling was to be a real estate agent and guide others through the real estate sale and buying process. Over the past two decades, Amie has general contracted new construction homes, flipped houses, and worked with reputable builders to market and sell nearly $1 Billion in real estate. With over 300 hours of continuous education classes she gained knowledge of septics, land development, new construction certification, Veterans purchase, senior housing, inspections, appraisals, staging, marketing, social media, contracts, and house hazards to be aware of. She has also attended hundreds of home inspections and served on the planning board.

Through her passion and dedication to helping her clients, Amie has been fortunate to have won many awards for her success, such as the 100% Club from RE/MAX, Top Producer with Century 21, and most recently the Diamond Club Award from HomeSmart. Amie takes pride in her abilities to negotiate deals, come up with solutions, and always strives to make the selling and buying process a fun experience! Amie feels incredibly blessed to work with such amazing clients who have become part of her growing network throughout the years. She genuinely cares about the client and their best interests.
